Return Policy

We do not accept return requests for products that are delivered without any damages or defects.

Please cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, if necessary.

If the purchase you want to cancel has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team at admin@sumayalife.com

In these instances, the full payment amount will be immediately credited back to the source following the cancellation of the order, subject to any banking transaction charges that may be incurred.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped out from our warehouse. If your payment has already been processed, we will refund you the full amount immediately following the cancellation of the order, subject to any banking transaction charges that may be incurred.

However, if you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, our delivery partner may still attempt to deliver your order. In this case, please do not accept the delivery. Once the order is returned to us and our delivery partner updates the shipment status as "RTO (Return to Origin) initiated", we will initiate the refund process within 7 to 9 business days. However, there will be a deduction of 12% as a transactional fee.

Replacement

In case of legitimate quality or manufacturing issues with the product, we will provide replacement for your order. To process such a return or replacement, we will request photos and videos of the package and its contents. While we take great care in packaging each purchase, there may be rare instances of damage during transit. Please contact our customer service staff at admin@sumayalife.com and we will replace your order.

General conditions for replacements

Please check the conditions of the products immediately after receiving the package, and report any concerns to admin@sumayalife.com as soon as possible. We do not provide refunds or replacements for products that are returned without all original packaging or products damaged due to improper care. Any complaints about the products, shipping, or packaging should be made within 24 hours of receiving the product to admin@sumayalife.com. To help us better assess the situation and resolve the issue faster, please include pictures and videos of the package received. We recommend making an unboxing video of the package you received, showing the order number to help the team better understand the issue and timely resolution.
